Keishindo Martial Science
A Semi-Traditional Mixed Martial Art that consists of Karate, Kickboxing and Jukido Jujitsu taught by Master Chris Frazier. Master Frazier has over 30 years of experience in teaching and competing in full contact combat sports. This program instils discipline in learning how to hone combat and self-defense skills.
Kyokushin Kan Karate
Through the teachings of Sosai Oyama, Kyokushin students develop strong skills through hard training. Seattle Kyokushin is a member of Kyokushin-Kan and Taught by 4th Degree Black Belt Instructor, Sensei Keith Hill.

For ages 5y-12y, they learn basic martial art movements and skills through games and obstacle courses. These games and activities are designed to:

Youth Pankration
Ninja School FW is now the home of the Washington State Pankration Team. We are the only martial arts school in Washington that is USFL Certified to teach and compete on the National Fight League.
Pre- Register for Classes until Aug. 15th! Classes Begin in September.
Warrior Self Defense and Fitness
Warrior Self Defense and Fitness has been part of the Ninja School family since 2023, making us Federal Way's premier self-defense training center. WSD offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Combat Submission Wrestling, Kajukenbo, and Kettle-Jitsu (kettlebell fitness). There is something for everyone, and we pride ourselves on our strong community and family environment.

Tai Chi Kung Fu
Traditional Chinese martial arts taught by Sifu Zhu Bi-Sheng, a master of over 65 years experience. Come learn Yang style Tai Chi, Hung Gar Kung Fu, and a variety of other traditional and contemporary Chinese martial arts.
